Start with a film or show you already love, see what sits closest to it and why, and hop your way to the next thing worth watching.

I built a free AI tool that watches a phone video of your house and tells you what to fix before you sell People prepping to sell either sink money into a full kitchen remodel that returns about half (NAR pegs it around 55% cost recovery) or skip the cheap fixes that actually pay. So I built HomeBrief . Film a 3-5 minute walkthrough on your phone, a vision model watches it, and you get a room by room fix list with cost ranges and estimated value added. Calls from real reports, least aggr

I collect records and I build apps in my spare time (and listen to records while I build apps), and this is what happens when those two things run into each other. Many people post photos of what they have spinning on their turntables on social media, and most never get any engagement. It occurred to me that people might want a better way to do this, and bringing them together in a niche social site might help. So I made Wax Spinner. Connect your Discogs (the de-facto vinyl collector's catalogue) account, post whatever you're playing with an optional note, and it lands in a feed where people can like it and comment. You can also browse anyone's full collection on their profile, and filter the feed by genre, pulled straight from Discogs metadata. The conversation and the discovery are the primary purpose. The details this crowd might find interesting: every spin generates its own OpenGraph share card on the fly, with cover art, artist, year, and notes rendered server-side and cached

HoodTip.com I’ve been building HoodTip.com , a travel/recommendations site that gives you recommendations, not reviews. I don't want to hear about your bad experience somewhere, I want recs. You can build a kind of taste profile of your recommendations, make guides, save other people’s tips, and share them. Would love for some folks to try and sign up and leave a few 'HoodTips' so I can see what's working and what's not. (Video is an AI generation of a screen sho

One year ago I launched my first application - a radial music sequencer - vibe coded and deployed with help from Grok and Gemini. It's useful for exploring rhythms, and I like to use it for exposing hooks in well known songs. Happy to see it's still in use steadily at about 150 times a day, and 140k times since launch - I've renewed the domain and thanks to your encouragement will continue to work on it.
