Day 1 of trying to turn my personal cold-call AI into an actual business I'm a licensed real estate agent and I originally built this completely for myself. I do a lot of phone prospecting — expireds, FSBOs, etc. — and I kept getting stuck when conversations went outside the script. So I built an AI that listens to the live conversation and suggests possible responses. The working name is Prospor.
