SkillWorks scores Claude Code skills, subagents and plugins on whether they load. A colon in a subagent name makes Claude Code refuse the file, so we made that fatal for subagents and left skill names on their own rules. The change is deliberately narrow. It changes one invalid input without forcing the two validation paths to share a policy. That keeps the failure boundary attached to the artifact that triggered it. The subagent path stops, while the skill path keeps its existing rules. #AIAgents
