What I learned building an AI chatbot: the ecom tools are everywhere, but service businesses are completely underserved Spent the last few months building Chirpy, an AI receptionist for websites, with my co-founder. The biggest thing I've learned is a positioning one, and I think it applies well beyond my niche. When we started, we assumed we'd compete in the ecommerce chatbot space, because that's where all the money and attention is. But it's extremely saturated. Gorgias, Tidio, Intercom,

I got TestingModels too overcomplicated over the month it is running: looking for some feedback how to make it more useful and simpler I run a benchmark like arena.ai , but with pre-generated prompts. So far, nearly 6k people came in and like 30k comparisons has been made - which means the thing is genuinely useful for people to compare the models. The problem is the more features i started adding the more overblown and complicated UI became - like old internet explorer tab bars Old: ht

Argutum:与AI聊天并根据消息质量赚钱。
u/as-333 · Reddit
Built an AI chat that pays you per message, scored in real time: looking for feedback I've been using Claude Code to build Argutum, an AI assistant that scores every message you send (0–100, five dimensions: complexity, novelty, structure, domain expertise, conversational depth) and pays you for the good ones. The underlying idea is that your prompts get sold as training data to AI labs, so you should get a cut instead of it happening for free. Stack: Next.js 16, Groq/Llama 3.3 70B, custom

i just did it 🤩 ! crossed $273 in revenue with my saas. After months of building, redesigning, and questioning whether anyone would actually pay for what I built, I finally crossed $273 in total revenue . It’s not life-changing money, but it’s the first real proof that someone is willing to pay for software I created. A few things I’ve learned so far: Shipping beats endlessly polishing features. Talking to users is more valuable than guessing what they want.
