I built a browser-based football GM simulator with a real-time 2D match engine. 2 months solo. Here's what I learned. TouchdownGM — touchdowngm.com Solo dev, 2 months, zero funding. The hardest parts: 1. The 2D match engine Simulating play outcomes with physics took 3 rewrites before the "momentum" system clicked.
