Built a bookmarking app you can ask questions It's called Attic. You paste in links, videos or plain text. Later you can ask it things in normal language: "what have I been reading about lately", "what did I save and never open again". Each answer lists the saved items it used, so you can check it. i started realizing something weird about github profiles you can look at someone's github and see commits, stars, repos, languages, all that stuff. but you still don't really know what that person is actually good at. like... someone could have 500 commits because they're building AI infra. someone else could have 500 commits because they're building dev tools. on the surface, their profiles can look pretty similar. and i kept thinking... why is it so hard to understand what s

I just hacked together https://www.firstbranch.ai in a few days, conversational intelligence for congress hearings. I was talking about healthcare price transparency with a friend. He pointed me to a hearing in congress and I was surprised by how much I learned from one of the witnesses' testimonies so I built a "serendipity engine" for congress hearings.

I'm not a developer, but I built in about a month. I paid for the $200 Max plan with Claude but I could have probably gone with the $100 Max plan. I've already cancelled since the building is mostly done so I plan to now focus on user growth.
