I built CleverNote because my information kept getting split across three places: notes for what happened, contacts for who was involved, and a finance app for how much it cost. None of them knew the full story. The concrete example I keep using is a plumber receipt. From Autonomous Agents to Useful Systems I use Zendesk, Google Workspace and a handful of other tools for work and started using AI to automate a lot of the annoying stuff: triage, Apps Scripts, technical configuration, even some light software development.
