I built an open source Slack where your AI agent is an actual member of the workspace Every dev I know has an agents doing real work now, but it lives in a terminal where nobody else on the team can see it. So I built FreeFlow completely free and open source. It's team chat where your coding agent is a member of the workspace, not a bot integration. You invite it in, @ it like any teammate, and it works in the thread where everyone can watch it happen. Same channel, same c

Google just dropped Stitch and it changes the entire vibe coding workflow. You describe what you want your app to look like. It builds full high-fidelity screens in seconds. No Figma. No designer. No credit card. Here is how to use it: Go to Sign in with your Google account. That’s it. You’re in. Instead of typing “make me an app” type this: “A lesson planning app for teachers. Clean and calm. Inspired by Notion. Minimal. White space.” The more specific you are the better your screens. Then refine with follow up prompts. Change the nav. Try dark mode. Get 3 menu variations. Or just speak it. Your screens become a clickable prototype in seconds. Click a button and Stitch generates the next screen automatically. Your entire app flow. Before you write one line of code. Then take it further. Export to Lovable or Cursor and build the logic on top. Use the MCP server to keep your design and code in sync. Pull any website’s design system in seconds. Save everything as

Rebuilt my 2 year old SaaS after realised I got it wrong, would love feedback (with a permanent discount!) So I’ve spent weeks rebuilding Uini because I couldn’t shake the uncomfortable feeling that I’d built the wrong thing 2 years ago. It started as a feedback widget that would use AI to aggregate answers into a table. It asked everyone the same question at the same time and hoped the right person was paying attention. I realised that isn’t really how UX research work, it was more just

对比不同Agent Harness策略的成本,基于缓存和上下文计费。

I created a simulation for coding harnesses based on my own pi sessions. When taking into account all factors, DS-v4-Pro is cheaper than gpt-5.6-luna due to caching. Look at the bill segments difference for cache read cost and uncached cost between deepseek and the other models. At this point is cheaper to use ds-v4-pro than the luna models from openai. ignore the numbers except the classic and keep in mind that classic is based on pi with the only change limiting tool output to 10kb https://har

I built a hype almanac — a countdown calendar for everything you're waiting for Twenty-ish years ago I built a little tool just for myself to track release dates of video games I was hyped about with a funny js hype graph. I love to be able to look fw to things in my calendar. So I rebuilt it properly this time (vibe-coded the whole thing) and figured I'd share it: hypanac.com (hype + almanac -- back to the future) What it does: One calendar for everything you're looking forward to — ga

You chat with a little sprite and it builds the app around your actual life: weather watches for your bike commute, a tracker for the garden, briefings on whatever you're deep into this month. And if you show up not knowing what you need, it figures that out with you.
