Laid off after 25 years in consulting, so I built the job-search tool I wished existed I got caught in the tech layoffs after 25 years in client-facing consulting, and the job hunt itself turned out to be the worst-designed workflow I'd ever seen. Jobs scattered across a dozen boards, every posting wanting a different resume - AI responses that sounded horrible, the whole thing living in a spreadsheet. So, I built Jobfyt while searching to help me find jobs and organize things.

I've been working on https://notebooker.ai if anyone is interested in giving some feedback. I tried to post a Show HN yesterday with details about how I built it, but was auto-flagged and not sure what rules I broke. Everything that I've built on top of open-notebook, like the plugin system for your own "creators" (aka, podcasts, infographics, etc) is at https://github.com/Notebooker-ai plus a Cloudflare Worker AI deployer to play with different models. Been working on it for about six months.

Killing Luma and Partiful in 2026 I built an AI co-host that actually does the event logistics, not just the invite page Every group chat I've been in dies the same way: five people say "we should do something," someone suggests a date, three people don't reply, and it's dead.
