AI is writing more and more of our code. I think that means we need to get much better at reviewing it. We have a lot of tools to practice coding (LeetCode, HackerRank, Codewars, and so on). But I see very little on practising reviewing code, especially code written by AI . I am aware industry is running to build tools for AI review AI written code (the fox guarding the henhouse). But I believe it is just a matter of time before regulators start slapping hands for doing so in regulated indus

I've always struggled to hold a large PR in my head. AI-assisted coding has made it worse. Especially when dozens of files are modified, it became harder to understand what changed: distinguishing important changes from trivial ones and identifying if regressions were introduced. Several customers of ours have factories shipping 100s of PRs to 1000s of B2B customers, built on But they all remind me of the pre-Claude-Code agents that had overly static workflows. Not sure what, yet, but something else is the future.
