我的产品陷入绝望 先容许我花 2 分钟介绍一下产品背景吧。 今年年初，我在 Toolify 收入榜尾部看到一个 AI 纹身生成产品。看到真的有人付费，当时我觉得这个需求应该是存在的，而且产品门槛看起来也不高，我应该也能做。 于是说做就做，持续做了半年，就有了现在的 [InkStudio.ai]( https://inkstudio.ai)。 我前后看了几十款竞品，发现它们大多都是同一种模式：输入提示词，生成一张纹身图案。 我把主要目标用户定成了第一次纹身的人。 按照正常的纹身流程，用户需要先在线下和纹身师沟通想法，然后由纹身师设计，确认后再真正纹到身上。这个过程一旦开始逐步推进，留给用户后悔的余地就越来越少。 我也去 Reddit 做了一些调研，发现不少人都在吐槽类似的问题： 和纹身师沟通并不顺畅，拿到的设计不满意，不知道还要不要去纹；有的人到了纹身店，发现效果和预期不一样，也不知道该怎么提意见，甚至不敢提。最后纹到了自己身上，又开始后悔。 我的产品一开始也只是根据提示词生成纹身图案。 但随着调研越做越多，我对用户需求的理解也一直在

But instead of cloning it 1:1 (there are a hundred copycats already), I made it my own: 🎪 Buy a parcel, prompt the AI, and get your own pixel-art slop on a shared canvas - promote your business, or just have fun filling up the floor. 做了个纯前端的 ASCII 工具站：图片转字符画、banner 生成、符号一键复制 平时偶尔需要查 ASCII 码表、复制一些特殊符号（箭头、制表符这类），每次都是搜一个满屏广告的老站凑合用，索性自己做了一个： https://getascii.com 目前有这些工具： 图片转 ASCII 字符画（拖一张图进去就行，支持调宽度/字符集/反色） 文字转 ASCII banner 大字 常用符号一键复制（箭头、制表符、数学符号、颜文字） 完整 ASCII 码表 + 一个交互式键盘映射图（点键盘上的键显示对应的 dec/hex 码） 进制转换器（ hex/dec/bin ↔ ASCII ） 几个实现上的点： Astro 构建的纯静态站，所有工具都是纯客户端计算，图片不会上传到任何服务器 没有账号系统，没有付费墙，打开就用 整站是绿色荧光终端风（ CRT 扫描线 + JetBrains Mono ），算是给终端审美交个作业 顺手给它做了个 25 秒的宣传片： https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AjzU5mw1PrI

I was interested in learning more about reverse image search, so I built audioguide.london. It’s a simple image search where you take a photo of an artwork in a gallery, tries to ID it and returns a pre-generated audio and a link to the museum website. The audios were all generated locally, essentially looking at the contents of the website, running it through a LLM to generate a script and Kokoro for TTS. I’ve built it as an app for myself almost a year ago, so I deployed it as a vibe coded web
