I vibe-coded an anti-vibe-coding app. Yes. I used AI to build a whole academy that trains you to stop blindly shipping AI code. Five levels. Security quizzes. Badges. A streak. The whole “read the error before you panic” curriculum. It’s like building a gym while eating pizza on the treadmill. Play it here → https://videcodingacademy.web.app This post was also vibe-coded. I am developing an alternative work environment to Claude Design. When I first tried Claude Design, I really liked the idea. But after generating a design, I kept wanting a more direct way to continue working on it not as a separate design representation, but as a live, working interface. That’s what I’m building with VisualWizard. The canvas contains real, interactive prototypes. You can select elements directly, move or resize them, change styles, and keep interactions and

I was the only dev at a startup that made it to revenue. Launched my own thing 3 days ago and 61% leave on the first screen The founders I worked with had already built one company that did well before I joined. I was the only developer on the second one, sitting next to them the whole way while it grew into something with real revenue. Watched how they made calls, what they refused to spend time on, how they decided what mattered. Figured I'd absorbed enough to do my own. Three days in, th

Few days ago Happy had a birthday. Tried to refresh one of the most neglected part of it: our Happy Website: also i built a new harness called “rig”. i started to use at work recently instead of codex/claude code and i liked how it does work. i want to share this with everyone. it is a codex and cause code reimplemented using Pi, but keeping native prompts and expanded a little for uniformity (like added workflows to codex yay!). when something new released that is worthy of porting - i ask Sol to mim for prompts or read sources directly and i can have a feature within an hour. why this is needed? i was constantly blocked by the needing of integrating a lot of models together, which each has their own harness or many doesn’t have any, but i didn’t want to go too far from native and don’t like the idea of extensions - i want experience to be the same everywhere. i think configuration > extensions. more soon

Vibe coding made building fast. It didn't make understanding easy. Something changed in the last year. Vibe coding (or agentic engineering if you ask some) made writing an app fast. Week-to-weekend fast. More people are building software than ever before, and I think that's a genuinely good thing. But fast building creates a new bottleneck. Writing code is no longer the hard part. Understanding what you built and its nuances is. A huge share of people shipping right now have never analyzed
