Three weeks to build an AI security scanner. The scanner was the easy part. Shipped RedFlag this month. Breakdown of where the time actually went, because it was nothing like I estimated. AI is writing more and more of our code. I think that means we need to get much better at reviewing it. We have a lot of tools to practice coding (LeetCode, HackerRank, Codewars, and so on). But I see very little on practising reviewing code, especially code written by AI . I am aware industry is running to build tools for AI review AI written code (the fox guarding the henhouse).
