15 months of vibe coding a saas and here's what nobody tells you about production everyone talks about how you can just build things now. and you can, mostly. what nobody covers is the bit where real users show up and everything falls over in ways the model never warned you about. ai got me maybe 60% of the way. landing page, auth, a dashboard that looked genuinely good. then people started using it. my database was fine with a couple hundred records and completely died at ten thousand. e
