最近关注到 BSC 上一个挺有意思的新玩法：股票 Meme。 7 月底， 上线了 Stock Meme 功能，允许项目使用 bStocks 代币化资产作为交易池，首个支持的资产是 Nvidia 相关的 NVDAb。 随后，币安钱包上线了“股票 Meme 热度榜”，开始追踪 BNB Chain 和 Robinhood Chain 上的相关项目。市场上也出现了一批对应的代币： MarsCoin（$MarsCoin）：搭配 SpaceX 叙事，交易池使用 SPCXB GPU（$GPU）：搭配 Nvidia 和 AI 叙事，使用 NVDAb JACKET（$JACKET）：同样使用 NVDAb 币有（$BIYOU）：搭配标普 500 叙事，使用 SPYB 所以它们被称为“股票 Meme”。名字里有股票，钱包里可没有股票。 它怎么赚钱？一部分人赚币价上涨的钱，另一部分人赚交易税分红。 比如买卖收 3% 的税，项目方拿税款去买另一种代币，再分给持币者。交易越多，税收越多，分红看起来越高。 但我认为这里最容易误解的一点是： 所谓分红，通常不来自企业经营利润，而来自链上买卖交易产生的税费；交易量越高，税源越多，交易量消失，分红也会迅速衰减。 我的理解是，这类项目短期确实可能很猛，因为它把 Meme、美股、AI、RWA 和币安生态叠在了一起，传播效率很高。 但它的风险，也比普通 Meme 更复杂： 高买卖税会吞噬收益； 所谓分红并不稳定，本质依赖交易量； 股票代币是否有足额储备、赎回权和持有人权利，需要逐项确认；但 Meme 本身不代表公司股权； 合约权限、税率调整，都可能影响持有人利益。 如果参与，我不会先看 APY 有多高，而会先确认三件事： 合约地址是否来自官方入口，合约权限和税率是否可查、是否可改； 是否能正常买入和卖出； 分红是否有真实链上记录，而不是宣传口径。 这类项目最怕的不是下跌，而是交易热度消失。一旦注意力离开，飞轮可能很快变成反向循环。 在我看来，股票 Meme 可以研究，也可以做小仓位题材交易，但不能把它当股票，更不能把它当稳定分红产品。 归根结底，股票 Meme 玩的还是注意力和流动性，不是企业利润。

KiCad, a PCB EDA suite is now working in a browser, you can try it at the link, there's a demo project or you can bring your own. Firefox is best, Chrome is good, Safari is "working". We’re Emergence Engineering, a dev shop from Hungary, mostly working with rich text editors, CRDTs. PCBJam started as my (Viktor, CTO, ex-electrical engineer) hobby project but as time went on I put more and more energy into it, and a product started shaping up in my head, in the last few months we’ve started to focus on this project a bit more, and this is the first MVP~ish result. This project is a ton of fun, ton of learning, ton of improvements over improvements: - I thought there must be ways to emulate the PCB canvas OpenGL code on the web. And yes, there are a lot of ways, all of them very buggy. Turns out it’s faster to just write WebGL code that works with KiCad’s Graphics Abstraction Layer if you add the right intermediate debugging steps.
