Three weeks to build an AI security scanner. The scanner was the easy part. Shipped RedFlag this month. Breakdown of where the time actually went, because it was nothing like I estimated. Built with Claude Opus 5. Three things I got wrong. I thought the game was the hard part. It wasn't. Anyone can POST a fake score, so I rebuilt the physics to let the server replay your whole run from a seed and a list of taps and check it itself. That touched everything.
