As a long time technical founder and startup accelerator program manager, I always thought there have to be a way to gather the early stage startup ecosystem together to help founders in a single platform. We have built Foundera that combines founder profiles, AI startup tools, and ecosystem matching for early stage founders to solve this problem. i built a wellness app that scans your meals and has an ai coach that reads your actual data been solo building this for a while. every wellness app i tried felt like a spreadsheet with steps and water in it, or a mental health app that just gave generic advice. so i made robustly, which does a few things differently: photo meal scanning. snap a pic of your plate, it logs the macros. handles multi item plates too (steak + salad + rice = 3 separate logs). posted a screenshot in the com

We've created a platform for entrepreneurs to evaluate business ideas and to set up and run their businesses. We've launched it in the UK and are planning to roll out to other countries over the coming year.

Thank you to everyone who joined our "map your TAM from the terminal" session with last week. We built live in the terminal using Claude Code and the MCP. I wrote up the whole thing afterwards. The seven stages, why each one exists, what to do with the list once you have it, and the outreach half we covered at the end. The recording is linked inside.
