I built a full A1 to C1 Croatian course because none of the big language apps teach it I started building Govoriti because I wanted a proper way to learn Croatian and kept running into the same problem: the big apps just do not teach it. Duolingo, Babbel, Rosetta Stone, Busuu, all skip Croatian. There are a few smaller options, but most either stop fairly early or feel more like content libraries than actual courses. Keep in mind they are very small and inaccurate. (8M and 13M parameters) However, I am building 500M and 1B+ parameter local models for agent based coding and other purposes.
