Yesterday I saw @aditi_tibarewal Bangalore Startup Map and thought this looks fun, let me try one for Mumbai. Spent today vibe-coding a very rough version: Straight-up v0.0. Built it in a day just to get something out. UI, data, and logic are all still basic. The idea isn’t mine. Aditi’s map is what inspired this. I just wanted to try the same thing for Mumbai as a fun learning project. I think I may have finally found a fully free alternative to BoxySVG. I came across this browser-based free SVG editor from svgmaker , and it feels pretty close to Apple Freeform in the way the canvas, grids, snapping, and alignment work.
